Quality Foods Lunch with the Castles

This event is ideal for:

• Vancouver Island residents who are living in senior care or independent living facilities;
• Those who belong to a Senior’s Activity Centre and love a group outing;
• Tour groups who may be passing through or staying in Parksville.

During the exhibition, we host this popular event to provide a wonderful experience for your group to enjoy a guided tour of the stunning sculptures and a light lunch.

Upon arrival at the beach venue, your group will be greeted by a representative who, with the help of volunteers, will be served a light lunch underneath a canopy tent. The location is in the shade and overlooks the sculpture site. The 2023 lunch menu includes a sandwich, fruit, dessert and beverages. After lunch, your group will be guided around the site, with explanations of how the sculpture fits the theme.  This year’s theme is “Wonders of the World”.

Arrival time for groups is 11:30am, with lunch served first. The days for the Quality Foods Lunch with the Castles are limited to Tuesdays and Thursdays, starting July 25. The cost for the lunch and tour is $15 per person. Groups must be a minimum of 10 people, to a maximum of 15 people (not including care givers) and must be paid in full 4 days in advance.

Please note that we have a 48-hour cancellation policy, as the food is ordered ahead of time. If we receive a cancellation with less than 48-hour notice, we ask that your group cover the cost of the food.
