Welcome to the 31st year since the first sand sculpting competition was held in Parksville! The Quality Foods Canadian Open Sand Sculpting Competition & Exhibition, is proudly organized by the Parksville Beach Festival Society. We are a world qualifying event for the World Championships of Sand Sculpting, taking place in Fort Myers Beach, FL in November.

As an organization, we maintain a community focus, by having volunteer community organizations serve as our Goodwill Ambassadors at our gate, and by giving a portion of our proceeds back to these organizations.
